Partnership and integration process

Who this is for: institutions and issuers who want to know what happens after they get in touch: the shape of the process, not a sales timeline.

The lifecycle the process leads to

Whatever the first-contact process looks like, it leads toward the same technical and legal lifecycle documented at /tokenize/overview: issue, attest, distribute, service, redeem. Read that page before a first conversation. It states plainly what Lumia provides at each stage and what an issuer still has to bring.

The four stages

In broad shape, a partnership moves through four stages:

  1. Introduction. You describe the asset, the jurisdiction, and what you want to issue. Lumia describes what the chain does and does not do.

  2. Scoping. The technical and compliance shape of the integration gets worked out: which standards, where identity checks sit, what the servicing lifecycle looks like.

  3. Integration. Contracts get built and deployed, first against Beam and then against mainnet.

  4. Launch and servicing. The asset goes live, and the ongoing servicing obligations described in the lifecycle begin.
