# Talk to us

**Who this is for:** institutions and issuers who want to start a conversation about issuing a real-world asset on Lumia. If you're an existing user with a technical or account issue, use [`/support/contact`](file:///5838283/support/Contact-and-support-channels.md) instead; this page is for new business, not support.

## How to reach us

Email `general@lumia.org`. There is no separate institutional inbox, contact form, or booking link; this is the address to use.

## What to include

An inquiry gets a faster, more useful response with:

* Who you are and what organization you represent
* The type of asset you're looking to bring on-chain (credit, real estate, commodities, a fund, or other)
* What stage you're at: exploring feasibility, or ready to scope integration work
* Any timeline you're working against

## What happens next

{% hint style="warning" %}
An enquiry is read by a person and routed to whoever can answer it. No automated triage, ticket number, or guaranteed response time is promised here, because none is in place. If a technical question comes up during the conversation, it goes to the people who build the chain rather than to a sales layer.
{% endhint %}

## Before you write in

Two pages are worth reading first, so the first conversation starts from the architecture Lumia actually has:

* [`/institutions/why-lumia`](broken://pages/7e4e06021d3c37aa31808af9799c50afad12bdd8): why Lumia's architecture fits RWA issuance
* [`/institutions/compliance-posture`](broken://pages/17be640273f2b46af08814302e19006e4efb97a0): what is and isn't claimed about compliance today
