# Node owned liquidity

**Who this is for:** Lumia users interested in Lumia Stream's liquidity products, and anyone who saw the word "node" in the name and wants to know whether this is the same as running a Lumia node. It is not.

### What Node-Owned Liquidity is

**Node-Owned Liquidity is a liquidity product, not the node-operator product.** If you want to run your own Lumia infrastructure, see [Run a node](https://app.gitbook.com/s/chmhPiVNAafGw48c4oU2/run-a-node) instead.

Node-Owned Liquidity sits under [Lumia Stream](https://app.gitbook.com/s/chmhPiVNAafGw48c4oU2/use-lumia/liquidity/lumia-stream-overview) as one of its two liquidity mechanics.
